Gaia Dental Clinic needed a way to streamline patient bookings and track marketing campaign effectiveness. I implemented a custom WhatsApp lead integration that automatically forwards form submissions to the clinic's WhatsApp Business account. This integration included custom form logic that collects essential patient information while keeping the user experience simple. On the backend, I set up Meta Pixel tracking to measure conversion rates from Facebook and Instagram ads. The tracking implementation allows the clinic to see which campaigns drive the most bookings, enabling data-driven marketing decisions. I also implemented event tracking for key user actions like viewing service pages and clicking the contact button. Additionally, I ensured all integrations were GDPR-compliant, with proper consent management for tracking cookies. The system has significantly improved the clinic's lead response time and marketing ROI.
